My stay was fairly nice for a quick business trip. All the staff were excellent friendly and knowledgeable giving some tips about the city. It had central location close to Walk of Fame.

Wonderful and gorgeous hotel with new-fashioned rooms. Incredible and stunning location within walking distance from Jennifer Aniston. - the rooms come equipped with tea, coffee, and awesome views. - the staff is attentive. - Excellent service at the club. - No charge for concierge service and ironing.

The attention to detail and friendliness of the staff. Upon arriving, they didn't have our reservation, however the manager was quick to resolve and offered us complimentary drinks vouchers. Dinner at the Delphine restaurant is highly recommended.

It was well-appointed, fairly quiet and with beverages. We didn't want to leave and will be returning here soon...

We had a REALLY GREAT stay for a night. We loved rooms with beverages. The club served lots of meals for breakfast. The hotel was set in a central area next to Hollywood Boulevard as well as Los Angeles. Rewritten: We enjoyed having beverages in our room. The breakfast at the club offered a great selection of meals.

I enjoyed the comfort of the room, it was warm and relaxing, also the rooftop pool and the nightclub were great.

Only complaint would be that the hotel should of had breakfast included in the price

The rooms here are outstanding and amazing, and they offer great drink options.

Awful Hotel! Everything is very very expansive: from the parking at $-40 to the internet connection at $-25. Noisy during night, customers who have an alcoholic & drug problems in the lift, heaping insults to the others guests. Prostitutes all around the bar. We have to catch mouse in our room for be quiet during the rest of the night. Poor & expansive breakfast. The housemaid knock the door at 7.00am. They call us in the room 6 times for leave the room after that. They don't accept complain because "it's a high level hotel", they told us in front desk. As a Tv Reporter, I never lived in my life a so terrible experience. A nauseous hotel in Hollywood. Prefer the Redbury Hotel, at 1/2 mile, you will enjoy really then Hollywood nightlife!

There wasn't enough loungers at the pool side, and the music is aimed at the very young.

The room had great amenities like a flat-screen TV, climate control, and a personal safe, and the location was perfect for dining outside.

IT was in the middle of Hollywood and close to everything in the TMZ. It was contemporary and attractively designed. We saw a number of hollywood stars and it was fun to be in the center of the Beverly Hills crowd. However you definitely stand out if you are not young, hip, and rich. Not a place for families or children.

The first room we had was very dirty. It smelled like old socks and carpet fresh. It was on the 4th floor and you could hear the techno music in the lobby. You could here the neighbors talking loudly next door. The hotel felt like a hollywood party place and it looked abused, although it was only 18 months old. We had to request a move. The staff initially told us there was no availability but after complaining about the smell and noise, a bellman confirmed the ick factor and they suddenly found a very nice suite on the 10th floor. It was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The food was exceptional. This is not a hotel for romantic travel or for those who are not comfortable with the young, loud Hollywood crowdn swarming the lobby and the pool area. The restrictions on the pool said that you cold not use the pool unless your attire was, amoung other things, "fashionable". Kind of elite and silly.

The Hotel itself is very nice, and the staff were absolutely fantastic.....except for the door guys at Drai's and The Station who I don't believe are actually hotel staff.

The arrangement with Drai's itself would make question going back. I paid almost $400 per night and had to (a) wait in line 20 minutes on Sunday just to find out I had to pay $20 pp to go up to the pool and eat lunch.....which itself would have been over $100. We were also told and Friday and Saturday by the doorman at "The Station" (their outdoor lounge) that there was a Private Party and we couldn't come in. We asked Management who told us that our room key should get us in...they straightened it out but the door guy sure didn't like it. The Private party ended up being 20-30 people at one table....the lounge itself wasn't half full. I also emailed Drai's a week in advance of our trip to book dinner and never heard back.

The room here was a decent size with beverages in a great, unbeatable location particularly close to the Room.

The room was great and the hotel was beautiful, the place made me feel special. Also the gym was well equipped and specious. The staff were great too.

The room wasn't cheap which is fine it was a top quality hotel, but on top of that were so many extras e.g. internet, parking and not even one complementary bottle of mineral water ($9).
